Deposits and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon
receipt of non refundable deposit, $100.00 per
person or $250.00 per room, whichever is greater.
Full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date
or by arrangement.
Cancellations
- No shows and cancellations within 7 days or
on day arrival forfeit all payments
- 8-19 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total
- 20-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of
total
- 31-60 days prior to arrival, forfeit deposit
- Penalties of $50.00 per person or party size
reductions apply 45 days before or on arrival
date. No Refunds for acts of God, airline delays,
trip cancellations, travel itineraries, or weather
delays.
